Welcome the taste of freedom and adventure with the all-new Kathmandu Hybrid Pro 500 2020 from CUBE. Known for its versatile and enduring qualities, the Kathmandu Hybrid Pro is more refined and easier to handle than ever. Every keen cyclist knows that success is in the detailing, and we've put emphasis on that to present a bike built for your adventurous spirit.
The all-new frame is designed around Bosch's cutting-edge fourth-generation CX drive unit. Boasting a gravity cast down tube with a new Modular Battery System, it ensures that Bosch's power unit sits firmly within the sleek frame, making enough room for bottle cage installs and the option to incorporate a larger capacity battery for improved range. The perfectly integrated Integrated Carrier 2.0 offers the most stable platform for all your gear, aligning perfectly with the moulded lines of the frame. The components are wearable and replaceable to ensure a long service life.
A remarkable feature is the clean and accurate steering made possible by the tapered head tube along with a 100mm suspension fork. The internal cable routing assures smooth, clean gear shifts with minimal maintenance. Present is also a seamlessly integrated kickstand mount.
The Kathmandu Hybrid Pro is not only about function. The aesthetics are simply elegant. It is incredibly easy to handle due to its low centre of gravity. You need not worry about rough terrains — the robust Suntour suspension fork offers 100mm of travel coupled with a suspension seat post, ensuring a smooth ride on the roughest road conditions. The grip is excellent thanks to the Schwalbe tyres, and Shimano's powerful hydraulic disc brakes assure full control in any weather conditions.
Practical features such as full-length mudguards, an integrated lighting system and a CUBE kickstand are included for your ready convenience. It is truly a CUBE Hybrid when we say we have considered everything for you to just sit back and enjoy the ride.
