What's covered:

• Frame and fork against manufacturing defects
• Paint and finish defects (first 12 months)
• Welds and joints integrity

Note: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, or improper use.

Your bike arrives 85% pre-assembled by our expert technicians. Simple assembly required includes:

• Attach front wheel (quick release or thru-axle)
• Install handlebars and stem
• Attach pedals
• Install seat and adjust height
• Final brake and gear adjustments

Most customers can complete assembly in 30-45 minutes with basic tools. Professional assembly service available for £35 if preferred.

Every bike purchase includes 10 days of free comprehensive insurance coverage from the moment it leaves our warehouse. This protection covers:

• Theft protection (full replacement value)
• Accidental damage coverage
• Third party liability protection
• Personal accident cover while cycling
