30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right.

Standard Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or damaged through customer handling.

How to Return

  1. Email us at returns@yourshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1 working day with a returns authorisation number and instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and include the returns authorisation number on the outside of the parcel.
  4. Return via your preferred carrier. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the return journey.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange collection or provide a prepaid returns label.

Bikes and Large Items

If you need to return a bike or large item, please contact us before attempting to return — we'll arrange collection at a time that suits you. Bikes that have been built and ridden are subject to a restocking charge equivalent to the build cost.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
