We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or damaged through customer handling.
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange collection or provide a prepaid returns label.
If you need to return a bike or large item, please contact us before attempting to return — we'll arrange collection at a time that suits you. Bikes that have been built and ridden are subject to a restocking charge equivalent to the build cost.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
